Before traveling to IAITAM ACE Las Vegas, it is essential for all global visitors to verify and confirm the current visa prerequisites for entering the United States by contacting the nearest Consulate in their respective countries. It is important to note that IAITAM cannot be held accountable for travelers who fail to confirm their visa requirements or acquire the necessary documentation for their journey.

To facilitate the visa application process for entry into the United States, it is strongly advised that applicants initiate their applications well in advance to ensure sufficient time for the screening procedures at their local U.S. Embassy. The U.S. Consular Services recommends that travelers commence the visa application process at least 60 days before their intended travel date. Additionally, it is advisable for travelers to reach out to the Consular Services of their local Embassy to inquire about the interview wait times.

  • Invitations will only be issued to confirmed registrants, which refers to individuals who have completed the payment for a conference pass
  • Once you’ve received your official registration confirmation, please proceed to complete the form.
  • It’s important to note that letters of invitation are exclusively issued for the registered participant and cannot be provided for guests accompanying participants.
  • The addressed recipient of the invitation should be the individual intending to attend the event. To facilitate the prompt preparation of the invitation letter, kindly include the following information in your request:

    • Period of Stay (Dates)

Note: While securing a Letter of Invitation from IAITAM ACE is a step in the visa application process, it does not assure the approval of your U.S. visa application. The letter serves as additional information elucidating the purpose of your intended travel to the United States. The decision to grant a visa rests solely with the discretion of the local Embassy or Consulate.
